The beginning of harvesting of Boro rice in Haor area was introduced on Bangladeshi TV. (April, 2024)

A joint project between BRRI, ASED HABIGONJ and Share the Planet has introduced a new high-yielding rice variety. Rice was harvested first in the Haor region. Bangladeshi TV introduced the performance locally. This project was supported by a grant from JICA.
